Electrical Project Manager

Founded in 1983, our client specializes in preconstruction planning, general construction and mechanical construction services.

• Identify viable project opportunities for engineered or design-build projects
• Collaborate with facility owners and general contractors to define project scope
• Develop project proposals and relevant documentation
• Oversee all aspects of project execution to ensure profitability, quality, safety, and timeliness
• Determine optimal construction methods, resource allocation, and subcontractor management
• Review and approve subcontractor selections and invoices
• Manage field labor requirements for assigned projects
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders regarding project progress and any delays or changes
• Take proactive measures to address discrepancies and ensure project alignment with goals
• Coordinate and provide direction for budgeting, purchasing, engineering, accounting, and construction functions
• Negotiate, prepare, and execute change orders
• Foster positive working relationships with colleagues, clients, suppliers, and subcontractors
• Represent the company at project coordination meetings

Benefits

Salary: $130,000 to $150,000

Bonus Program: Profit-based bonuses reviewed every 6-12 Months

Other: Paid vacation, holidays, Truck, Gas Card and expenses paid when traveling.
